The Process

From Field to Conservation Record

Every heritage site deserves a documented record. Here is how we create one.

Step 01
🧭
Volunteer Field Visit
Trained volunteers travel to heritage sites and conduct an on-ground assessment — photographing every detail, documenting structural condition, historical significance, and surrounding threats.
Step 02
📝
Expert Review & Scoring
Each submission is reviewed against a standardised conservation framework. Sites are scored on a 100-point Priority Index covering structural risk, heritage value, and urgency of intervention.
Step 03
📜
Published Heritage Record
Verified reports are published as permanent public records — accessible to conservationists, institutions, local communities, and anyone who cares about Bharat's heritage.
